Delightful Diggins, a nineteen-month-old collie mix (Australian Shepherd perhaps), has been adopted and will be living in Minnesota. Diggins was surrendered to a local humane society when his original family, which consisted of a small toddler, a frail grandmother, and a new baby on the way, realized he was not a good fit. Then he was transferred to MWCR because he was not doing well in the loud shelter environment. Fortunately for Diggins, he immediately wormed his way into the heart of one of the vet assistants at the clinic we use and she happily opened her home to him. So now this sweet boy who loves people has his very own person to cuddle and snuggle.
Sweet Holly, a 2-year-old merle female, has been adopted and will be living in Wisconsin. She stole the hearts of her foster family and they sent this lovely poem that sums up foster failure perfectly.
Handsome Bouda, a 2-year-old blue merle male, has been adopted and will be living in Minnesota. He came to MWCR via a transfer from a humane society in northern Minnesota where he was surrendered. Bouda loves being with his people and getting attention, especially belly rubs, and happily, his new family has plenty of time and love for him
Beautiful Emmy, a 3-year-old mahogany sable, has been adopted and will be living in Minnesota. Emmy was surrendered when her family realized she was not doing well in their situation. Emmy’s new home has a large fenced yard and her new mom and dad have lots of time and love to give her. Congratulations on her new start for the new year
