Sweet 1-year-old collie mix, Foxy, has been adopted and will be living in Nebraska. Foxy was surrendered when her owners realized that they didn’t have the time necessary to devote to an active young pup. Now she will be sharing her new life with border collie and kitty siblings, so she is sure to get lots of playtime and long walks. Congratulations on your new family!
Jasper, a 5-year-old sable-headed white male, has been adopted and will be living in Minnesota. This big handsome (100 lbs.), boy was surrendered to MWCR when a new overly sensitive neighbor began to complain about him chatting up friends when out in his yard. Combined with other changes in her life she realized that it would be best for him to find a new home. His new family includes two human sisters to cuddle with and a couple of kitties to keep him in line ;-). Congratulations big guy!
Cody, a 9-year-old tricolor male, has been adopted and will be living in Minnesota. Cody was surrendered to MWCR along with another collie, Jamie, when their owner passed away after a lengthy illness. They were kept outdoors in large separate side-by-side kennels but they both have embraced indoor living with all four paws, especially snoozing on the couch. Although they were quite matted and had to be shaved, they should be back in full fur by the time the weather turns cold. Mellow, tolerant Cody will be sharing his new home with some kitties and a greyhound sister. Congratulations sweet boy!
