Free workshops

event-dogs-rowThe Humane Society of the United States has set up a group of free workshops across Minnesota to connect with caring people who want to do something to help animals. We’ll go over priority animal legislation in Minnesota and what you can do to make lasting improvements. Here’s where we’ll be:

Elk River – November 10
6 to 7:30 p.m.
Great River Regional Library, Meeting Room

Burnsville – November 12
6 to 7:30 p.m.
Burnhaven Library, Community Room

Minneapolis – November 16
6 to 7:30 p.m.
Hosmer Library, Meeting Room

Shoreview – November 21
10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Ramsey County Library – Shoreview, Community Room

We’re in the midst of a massive shift when it comes to our dealings with animals, and we envision more progress on the horizon. We hope you’ll jump on this chance to become a part of the movement in Minnesota.

It’s an exciting time to be an animal advocate. Any gains for animals are hard and long-fought — but they’re possible and even probable if we stay focused and stick together!
